4 in 1 is a small-scale apartment house, which incorporates three residential units and a shop unit. The structural system consists of thin RC wall, culvert system floors and the shear resistance internal walls wherever the layout requires. This system allows freedom in layout and ensures the structural stability. The building is fully glazed on the north and south side to provide views of sea and mountains, while east and west side is enclosed considering the possibility of future construction in adjacent currently empty plot. The external skin of this building is composed of soundproof glass wall, roof and the louvers wrapped around the building.
